Kitso is a founding director of Agang Consultancy, one of the key components steering its engine and architect of the company’s vision and strategy, wielding the uppermost commercial and technical skills. He is a seasoned built environment and infrastructure practitioner with expertise in both Quantity Surveying and Facilities Management. With almost two decades of industry experience, his journey has included operations in both the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of Botswana, delivering projects of all scales up to and including multi-million (US) dollar programmes and projects. Kitso holds both a BSc in Construction Studies and BSc (Hon) Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is a professionally registered quantity surveyor with the Quantity Surveying Registration Council (QSRC: PrQS (BW), 0057) of Botswana and a certified professional with the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA: SEL 3189). He is a member of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors (IBQS: MIBQS 00179) and the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS: MAQS 15174572) Speaking to Kitso’s executive proficiencies beyond Agang Consultancy, he is one of the founders of the Botswana Green Building Council (BoGBC) which was established in 2010. He has also served in the executive committee of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors (IBQS), which includes collaboration with the African Association of Quantity Surveyors (AAQS) in localized and continental endeavours.

Nanabenyin is a founding director of Agang Consultancy, a pivotal driver in its machine room steering business development and contributing immensely to both strategy and the company’s vision. He is a seasoned built environment and infrastructure practitioner with expertise in both Quantity Surveying and Project Management. With almost two decades experience he has delivered projects of all scales and across all industries, from first-time homeowner developments and alterations to multi-million (US) dollar programmes and projects. His professional journey began in the Republic of South Africa and has continues home in the Republic of Botswana, where he exhibits an unwavering commitment to client care, excellence and service delivery. Nanabenyin holds a BSc in Construction Studies and BSc (Hon) Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and a Masters Project Management From the University of Botswana, Botswana. He is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor with the Quantity Surveying Registration Council (QSRC: PrQS (BW), 0031). He has membership with the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors (IBQS: MIBQS 0116) and the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS: MAQS 51893926). He also has membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Nanabenyin serves on the Board of a subsidiary of one of the most prestigious Parastatal’s in the Republic of Botswana as a Non-executive board member contributing in national service at strategic level.
